Whether it's a yellow card, a sending off or a misconduct, all of your reports can now be submitted online via the Whole Game System.
This system allows match officials to submit your misconduct report 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is the easiest way of sending your misconduct reports to Lancashire FA.
