Lancashire FA can confirm, due to a system fault beyond our control, many of this season's County Cup first round draws are having to be redrawn.

Following an internal investigation after the draws for the Amateur Cup, Sunday Trophy, & U21 County cups were published on Tuesday, a very small amount of affiliated teams who had confirmed and paid for their entries via the Whole Game System had not appeared in the draws, due to a bug in the system. This bug was stopping some teams from moving over from Whole Game Syste, into the Full-Time system where the draws take place - essentially meaning the two systems were not talking to each other.

Following this system error, we have opted to remove the published draws made for The Amateur Cup, Sunday Trophy & U21 County Cups, and redraw these competitions.

The draws for both boys & girls U18,U16,U15,U14,U13,U12, and Women’s Challenge Cup had been drawn, but not yet released. These will also be pulled and redrawn.

The draws for Senior Cup, Challenge Trophy, Pro Youth Cup & Amateur Shield will remain the same, and will stay as published.

As the cups are being redrawn, this presents an opportunity to enter for those who had missed out on the original deadline for entry, due to being non-compliant, not affiliated, or not aware of the county cups or their deadlines.

How to enter:

Send an Email to Darren.Swarbrick@LancashireFA.Com with the following details:

• Club Name

• 18/19 affiliation number

• Cups wishing to enter

Providing your club is compliant, We will then invoice you for the entry. You will need to let us know once the invoice has been paid, as we will manually have to add your team to the relevant competition.

Only once the invoice is paid, and the club is compliant, will they be entered into the draw for their chosen competition, there will be no extensions or exceptions,

The deadline for entries is 5pm Thursday 16^th August, allowing us to start releasing the draws from Friday 17^th  August. There will be absolutely no extensions to this deadline.
