Club and Community Facility Development Officer Vacancy at Lancashire FA
We are currently seeking a Club & Community Facility Development Officer to join us and support both Lancashire FA and Westmorland County FA.
As part of our drive and commitment to improve facilities for our football family and secure much needed investment, we are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated and inspiring team member to join the Facilities and Investment Team at Lancashire FA.
Working within this busy, high performing team, excellent communication and organisation is essential, along with a strong understanding of football development at grassroots level and the role that quality facilities play in the community. This is a full time, fixed term contract for three years until September 2025. The role will require travel across Central and North Lancashire, and will also cover the South Lakeland and Furness areas. Local knowledge of the areas covered would be advantageous to help maximise the impacts of our facilities work.

Next Steps
This is a full time, fixed term contract for three years until September 2025. The role will be based at Lancashire FA, with occasional work at Westmorland County FA, some remote work and will also require travel across Central and North Lancashire, and will also cover the South Lakeland and Furness areas. Local knowledge of the areas covered would be advantageous to help maximise the impacts of our facilities work. The role has a salary of £22-£24k, depending on experience, as well as extensive benefits and flexibility.
