We’re very excited to announce that Lancashire FA won Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy: SME at last week’s Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards with Wellity!

It was an honour to receive such fantastic recognition of our commitment to the wellbeing of all employees, and for our internal culture which ensures our staff can thrive in their roles supporting the football community across Lancashire whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We’d like to thank Dr Dorian Dugmore at the Wellness Academy who has played a crucial part in our wellbeing journey, as well as the team at Optimal Health for working collaboratively with us over the past few years to transform our wellbeing culture at Lancashire FA.
