Girls’ Emerging Talent Centres are set up across the country to provide greater accessibility to the FA Female Talent Pathway.

Here in Lancashire, the following professional clubs run ETCs:

- Burnley FC
- Blackpool FC
- Preston North End FC

Lancashire FA have supported each Emerging Talent Centre club application by meeting and advising the applicants.

This support is focused to ensure that all partners involved develop the best application that supports the wider community of organisations and clubs where each Emerging Talent Centre will be based.

Each centre will be shaped to support its local community’s needs to develop a stronger support mechanism and access for girls to engage with the FA Talent Pathway, whatever their background in the game.
